Tracey uses a non-diet approach to explore how your food choices may be impacting your overall health and well-being. Together, we will tailor your diet to help you meet your nutrition and health goals.

Tracey understands that our food choices can be complex and influenced by many factors. These can include taste preferences, access to food, budget, culture, tradition, health needs, medical conditions, emotional factors, environment, lifestyle, and social influences. During nutrition counseling sessions, we will explore these factors and make a plan that works for you.

In-person and remote options

For in-person appointments, the office is conveniently located in South Boulder, off of US-36 and SH-157.

Telehealth appointments use a HIPAA-compliant platform.
