Meet Tracey

Tracey is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), based in Boulder, CO. She is also licensed in Pennsylvania.

Tracey understands that eating patterns are influenced by many factors, including physical health, mental health, life experiences, and environment. She works collaboratively with clients to help them find joy in food, build a more peaceful relationship with eating, and feel their best without rigid rules or restrictive diets.

Tracey earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from The Pennsylvania State University. She went on to earn her Master of Health Science with a concentration in Nutrition from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

She began her career at a non-profit organization in Langhorne, PA, where she provided medical nutrition therapy to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, Tracey gained experience working with a wide range of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and Prader-Willi Syndrome.

Tracey later worked as a dietitian at a residential eating disorder treatment center, where she developed a strong passion for helping individuals heal their relationship with food and their bodies. She has supported many clients through their unique recovery journeys and has worked closely with families and loved ones to help them understand how to best provide support. During this time, Tracey gained specialized experience treating individuals with Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) and helped develop the center’s ARFID program. She co-presented a workshop on recognizing and treating ARFID at The Renfrew Center Foundation Conference for Professionals in 2018 and was featured in The Philadelphia Inquirer in 2019 for this work.

After moving to Colorado in 2021, Tracey began working in private practice, continuing her work in eating disorder care while also supporting clients with a variety of nutrition concerns, including digestive health and cardiovascular conditions. She currently sees clients in her practice and also manages a team of dietitians who provide care in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for eating disorders.

Outside of work, Tracey enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and dog. She loves cooking, exploring Colorado, and is always open to recommendations for new places to visit and restaurants to try.
